Over the last 20 years Brian has helped more than 500+ young athletes earn college scholarships in multiple sports. Brian had an extensive athletic career that lead him to be a 4x All American at Pace University to from playing in NFL Europe, to winning 3 national weightlifting titles and breaking national records. Brian’s most notable wins are the 2020, 2021 and 2022 Masters National Championships. He also took home 3 silver medals at the 2020 PanAm games and swept gold at the 2020 Arnold Classic. Sarah has been a massage therapist and esthetician for over 14 years. She specializes in sports and flexibility, deep tissue, cupping, and pregnancy massage. As a competitive obstacle course racing athlete she is no stranger to how important massage and recovery can be for athletic performance. Sarah is also a USAW Level 1 coach, and a Certified Personal Trainer. She also has a background in coaching ninja warrior classes and obstacle course racing programming.

In May 2005, Greg received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Eckerd College. Over the next decade, he played in Europe, Latin America, Canada, and was also Drafted into the NBA Development League 2007. In 2014 I became Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. He’s trained athletes of all levels from beginner to NBA Prospects from NYC to San Diego and relocated to Pittsburgh in 2019.
