Barbell

Introduction to advance Barbell for the athlete that is looking to gain a competitive advantage on and off the field of play. You will learn from the very best coaching has to offer. Understand the foundation of weighting through barbell movements (Snatch and Clean and Jerk).

Speed and Agility

Speed and power sessions provide a complete program for athletes to enhance their speed, agility, explosiveness, quickness, reaction time, and strength. The program coaches athletes to develop all aspects of speed, including multidirectional movement, acceleration, change of direction, game speed, force absorption, and much more. Speed specialists coach these 60-minute small group sessions. Every 12 weeks, athletes are re-tested in various speed metrics.

Personal Training

Sessions provide personal training in a small group of competitive athletes. Athletes get faster results in these customized sessions, and benefit from competing with other high level athletes working toward the same goals. Ongoing assessments are used to track progress.

Master Fitness

Masters athletes deserve the best coaching and training programs just like Pro Athletes get, and the health benefits are worth more than those multi-million dollar pro contracts! We help adults move better, get stronger, and feel younger through our functional fitness and strength programs delivered through small group coaching and personal training.

Youth Athletes

Youth Athletic Development program builds better athletes, helping youth develop strength, speed, agility, explosiveness, and really good movement patterns for an unstoppable athletic foundation. Three program levels provide the best coaching at each developmental stage. Young athletes love the fun competition with SCB teammates, high-caliber coaching, and the confidence that comes from training like an athlete.

NUTRITION COACHING

You can not reach your maximum potential as an athlete without proper nutrition, and your nutrients should come from food first before supplements. We help you understand what you need and how to eat to make gains in strength, power, speed, Athletic IQ, and your overall performance.
